Methodology
The methodology for PLAB 1 is largely based on lectures and presentations which are delivered by UK based presently practising consultants and senior registrars in NHS. The content would be Evidence based on Curriculum recommended by GMC UK.
Medico-legal and ethical training
Candidates would be trained in common grey medical areas and the ethical problems and solutions proposed for such clinical scenarios in an evidence-based manner including GMC guidance.
Mock exams
Mock exams would be exact simulations of exam scenario and candidates would get a live experience of the Exam environment. Candidates would be tested on common exam scenarios.
Eventually the knowledge base will help candidates apply and complete PLAB 2
Emphasis placed on time management eventually trained to complete the exam successfully.
And of course, create empathetic, self-aware, hardworking committed doctors.
